Information for Participants

The conference will be held in person as the main format. However, select sessions will be made available for on-demand streaming after the conference. The conference and streaming periods are as follows:

Issuance of Name Badge and Certificate of Attendance

After completing online registration, please log in to your My Page and prepare your QR code. Please scan the QR code at the reception to issue your name badge and certificate of attendance.

Please note that those not wearing a name badge will not be admitted to the lecture halls or related venues.

Program and Abstract Book Purchase

Members of the Japanese Society of Myeloma (as of March 31, 2026) will receive the book in advance. Other participants may purchase a copy at the General Information Desk on-site for 1,000 JPY per book.

Co-sponsored Seminars

Lunch, evening, pre-opening, and morning seminars will provide food and beverages to participants.

For lunch seminars, numbered tickets will be issued in order to reduce food waste.

Please select your preferred seminars during online registration.

When you scan your QR code at the reception to print your name badge/certificate of attendance, a numbered ticket for the lunch seminar you selected upon registration will be printed simultaneously.

Please bring that ticket to your chosen lunch seminar.

  • Same-day sign-up may be available if seats remain; however, the number is limited. Thank you for your understanding.
  • Please note that the deadline for pre-registration for the luncheon seminar is 12:00 PM on Thursday, May 7.

General Guidelines for Participants

General Conduct

  • Smoking is strictly prohibited inside the venue.
  • Any disruptive or violent behavior will not be tolerated.
  • Please switch off your mobile devices or set them to silent mode, and refrain from making phone calls inside the venue.
  • Keep your valuables with you at all times and be mindful of theft.

Session Management

  • All sessions will be moderated by chairs and other staff members. Please follow their instructions to ensure smooth proceedings.

Photography, Recording, and Press Coverage

  • Photography, video recording, and audio recording during sessions are strictly prohibited, except by authorized staff or registered media personnel.
  • Still photography is permitted before and after sessions, or during breaks.
  • Please refrain from photographing anyone without their permission.
